We have travelled and seen a number of places in Canada, Turkey, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, Italy, USA, Europe, Mexico and Jamaica. And the Grand Marais/Grand Beach area has always been our favourite.
The sand dunes at Grand Beach have drawn us here as a young family throughout the years. But we have been visiting Grand Beach as seasonal campers since 2012 or so. The trails, history, ecosystem and friends we have made are what brought us back each year.
Because of the short camping season in the Provincial Park, Diana began to look for a cabin to buy so that our growing family could enjoy more time together.
Mission
Learning that Ashgrove Cottage has a Historical place in the Grand Marais community has only added to the desire to keep things as original as possible.
Vision
Finding Ashgrove Cottage was ideal. With three suites that provide private accommodations, we could have guests with more privacy than a camper could ever offer. Renting is a way to share the beauty around us.
